Community Mural Reveal Celebration at Gibson House Museum

Celebrate the unveiling of a new Community Mural at Gibson House Museum, created by Indigenous artist Shawn Howe. Presented in partnership with North York Arts, this special event highlights Indigenous art, culture, and community through a mural installed in the museum's outdoor garden space. Visitors will be among the first to view the artwork, meet the artist, and learn about the inspiration and stories behind the mural. The Community Mural program features a new Indigenous artist every two years, with each mural remaining on display in the garden for a two-year exhibition period.
